Food & Accommodation

Location

We are to be discovered in the unspoilt hamlet of  St-Severin d’Estissac in the Dordogne.

Our buildings are examples of the local Perigordian style and the property is set within a tranquil walled garden.

The 17th century farmhouse has terraces which open up on to the garden and adjoins the recently converted art studio and guest accommodation.

The area boasts a wide range of sceneries such as vineyards, sunflower fields, woodlands and châteaux and market  scenes represent the charm of the Dordogne.

Food

We aim at giving you the best possible painters holiday, with not only artistic guidance but a great ambiance, hospitality and simply wonderful food.

Forget the stress of modern life, and sit down to taste some of the regions Bergerac and Monbazillac wines! All meals are taken at one large table in the cosy atmosphere of the farm house, or outside in the attractive walled garden.

Your day begins with a continental breakfast, followed by the morning art session and a tasty lunch.

The day ends with a four-course dinner and wine, and one evening a barbecue. Throughout the week we offer regional cuisine. Vegetarian and special dietary needs can be catered for, but please let us know well in advance of your arrival.
